Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Apollo, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the company's accounting operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and efficiency. u2022 Utilize SAGE and MS Dynamics to maintain accurate financial records and reporting. u2022 Enter data into accounting systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free. u2022 Handle invoice processing, including verification and reconciliation of payments. u2022 Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with audits as needed. u2022 Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies or inquiries regarding payments. u2022 Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve accuracy. u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. u2022 Proficiency in SAGE, MS Dynamics, and other accounting software. u2022 Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Familiarity with invoice processing and financial reconciliation. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills. u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members. u2022 Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. u2022 High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial data.
