Then text Madelyn @ 513-229-2034 to set up a call Key Responsibilities + Operate, monitor, and adjust chemical processing equipment such as reactors, mixers, pumps, and filtration systems. + Measure, weigh, and load raw materials according to batch instructions. + Record process data, including temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and production output. + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. Responsibilities + Collaborate with the Compounder to verify the availability of raw materials and equipment required for batch production. + Once trained, independently compound chemicals according to instructions. + Perform tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements, department work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures. + Transfer completed products to bins, drums, or pails as required. + Ensure raw materials and finished goods are accurately labeled. + Inspect bins for cleanliness and appearance, and clean soiled or returned bins. + Read work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments or the need for materials and equipment. Essential Skills + Forklift Operating + Proficiency in using a scan gun. + Experience in manufacturing, chemical operations, and batching. + Basic math skills, including weighing, converting, dividing, and adding. + Ability to operate a forklift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with cleanroom operations and production inspection. + Familiarity with using a microscope for inspection tasks. Why Work Here?
