Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As an associate, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Durham, NC Pay Range: $15/hr - $16.13/hr Schedule: 715AM-715PM OR 715PM-715AM (2-2-3 ROTATING SHIFT) Whatu2019s the Job? + Collect and inspect wrapped products for quality, correct materials, and proper sealing before packaging. + Inspect finished products for quality, visual defects, and proper sealing. + Load finished products on shipping pallets for transport to shipping. + Keeps the work environment around the assembly line clean, neat, and orderly. Whatu2019s Needed? + High School diploma or equivalent. + Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. + Ability to lift or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
