Weu2019re looking for a highly technical Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who thrives at the intersection of cloud engineering, API testing, and intelligent automation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of our inbound/outbound AI call systems, Salesforce integrations, and AWS based migration initiatives. Youu2019ll work closely with engineering, product, AI/ML teams, and Salesforce teams to validate complex data flows, build automated test frameworks, and support large scale cloud modernization efforts. Responsibilities include: u2022u2003Help create a culture that motivates teams to ensure zero defects into production u2022u2003Work across teams to understand enterprise quality requirements and ensure adoption of core processes and standards u2022u2003Implement the shift-left test strategy as the organization rearchitects our technology platform u2022u2003Partner with DevOps engineers to fully automate testing throughout the release & delivery processes in the CI/CD pipeline u2022u2003Leverage market-leading automation frameworks and tools across all levels of testing that integrate in the automated CI/CD pipeline u2022u2003Participate in product design reviews ensuring quality practices are baked into the software development and deployment life cycle u2022u2003Work with internal teams to document test environment and test data management container strategies and provisioning for the different types of testing activities u2022u2003Comprehend and decompose user stories/requirements to identify what tests need to be created and automated across all levels of testing u2022u2003Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
