PCBA Category Sourcing Manager

Job Description Insight Global is partnering with a leading medical device design and manufacturing organization to hire a PCBA Category Manager. This individual will oversee sourcing activities for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), managing quoting cycles, supplier interactions, and crossu2011functional communication with Sales, Program Management, and Operations. This role is essential to supporting ongoing new product transfers, evaluating supplier capabilities, and ensuring competitive pricing and lead times within the supply base. The ideal candidate is someone who operates confidently in a fastu2011moving environment, communicates effectively across teams, and brings handsu2011on knowledge of the PCBA landscape. This position requires a high level of independence, strong supplier management skills, and the ability to step in immediately without requiring training on PCBA fundamentals.
