Production Technician - Floater

Production Floater needed to work with a leader in light and sustainable materials construction construction companty + Location: 100% on-site at Northhampton, MA 01060-2326 + Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 1st shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm (30 min lunch) + Pay rate: 19$ per hour + Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (with possible extension) + Start date: February 2026 Qualifications: - GED/High School Diploma preferred.- ???????Manufacturing Experience a plus- Team player- Strong attention to details- Standing, reaching, bending, pushing etc.- Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted- Forklift experience preferred. Key Responsibilities + Full-Cycle Production: Manage the manufacturing process from raw material mixing and extrusion through to final firing and quality control. + Technical Operation: Set up, operate, and clean production machinery; adjust parameters to ensure products meet precise specifications. + Workflow Optimization: Balance multiple production stages (drying, cutting, etc.) to meet schedules and maximize output. + Inventory & Logistics: Monitor material levels, operate forklifts , and manage the storage of raw and finished goods. + Quality & Troubleshooting: Document production data and collaborate with engineering to resolve technical or quality issues. + Shipping & Receiving: Pack finished products and assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed. + Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols, including working at heights. ???????
