Incentives Bonus & Relocation What You'll Do + Engage confidently with Cu2011suite level leaders, demonstrating exceptional executive presence while delivering clear operational updates, strategic recommendations, and performance insights. + Lead and optimize custodial operations, applying deep expertise in custodial workflows, staffing, quality assurance, and service delivery across complex educational environments, with a strong preference for Ku201112 experience. + Develop, implement, and refine Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, including Pikeu2011specific PM structures, ensuring strong communication, crossu2011team alignment, and measurable improvements in facility performance. + Oversee emergency and COVIDu2011related custodial response efforts, establishing protocols, coordinating rapid action plans, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across campus facilities.
