Electronics Technician-1st Shift-19947-1

Electronics Test Technician Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, OT required Responsible for setting up and conducting tests on electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies in accordance with established methods, procedures, and standards. Assembles and lays out production units based on engineering designs and specifications. Key responsibilities include: Performing calibration, adjustment, and troubleshooting of electronic systems and components. Diagnosing malfunctions to the component level using schematic diagrams and test equipment. Replacing or repairing parts as directed and ensuring systems meet performance standards. Utilizing hand tools, small power tools, and a range of electronic test instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators, and frequency standards. Determining appropriate testing procedures and suggesting improvements or modifications to test equipment. Collaborating with engineers to develop and refine test procedures for new products. Recommending design or manufacturing improvements based on test data and analysis. Supporting quality assurance efforts through statistical process control or other verification methods. Qualifications: Strong understanding of analog and digital circuitry, solid-state devices, and microelectronics. Experience troubleshooting complex electronic systems in a fast-paced production environment. Proficient with diagnostic and measurement tools. Basic Qualifications :1 year of direct experienceProficient in component level troubleshooting of solid state and digital circuits.Able to use Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions.
