We are offering relocation assistance for candidates that reside within the U.S. We are offering sponsorship support as well. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. u2022 Minimum 5 years of engineering work experience u2022 Minimum 1 year of managing a team Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Minimum 3 years of Custom Order Engineering experience u2022 Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university u2022 Minimum 3 years managing people Position Success Criteria: u2022 Effective communication skills (written &verbal) required u2022 Must be able to work with a sense of urgency u2022 Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and take initiative to solve problems u2022 Demonstrated ability for problem solving using logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support customer and manufacturing requirement u2022 Understanding of UL891, ANSI and NEMA Standards u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of the application and manufacturing requirements for electrical assemblies u2022 Leadership experience in a high accountability culture and metrics driven environment.
