We want you to apply Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT). Your primary goal is to work closely with the Director of PCNT to provide leadership and direction to the entire PCNT team and to make sure they continue to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with the entire PCNT staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care. You will manage day to day operations involving scheduling, patient-team rounding, and in ensuring patient and family satisfaction. You will work with all facets of the clinical and administrative team, including PCNT Director, educator, resource nurse, physicians, HR, etc. You will provide leadership skills to assist with employee performance evaluations, counseling of staff, and provide guidance and support with compliance and regulatory agencies. In absence of the Director, you will oversee departmental operations. Education & Experience: Bacheloru2019s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
