The Accounting Manager will drive financial excellence by leading critical periodu2011close activities, ensuring the general ledger is precise, timely, and auditu2011ready. Deliver insightful financial analysis that uncovers opportunities to boost profitability and guides strategic decisionu2011making. Play a key role in shaping the future through handsu2011on support with budgeting, forecasting, and innovative whatu2011if modeling. Champion strong internal controls and streamline processes to keep operations compliant, efficient, and running at peak performance. Preferred Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree (Business: Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.) + Proven experience interfacing with and resolving issues for both customers and vendors. + Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite (Oracle) experience strongly preferred. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and SAP. + A minimum of five years financial management experience, preferred. + Ability to track and measure financial data and communicate information up and down. + Five to seven years of total experience.
