This team is focused on explosive growth with both current and future solutions while maintaining a unified platform approach. They build foundational solutions to support business needs, including claims operations and vendor integrations. Their work includes developing frameworks and libraries that enhance the platform, such as: + Front-end libraries + API standardization Gem + Low-code/no-code configurations (e.g., custom fields) + Self-service UI customization for clients While collaborating closely with other teams, the Framework Team ensures standardized UI experiences across the platform, driving consistency and scalability. Compensation that Grows with You For this position, the base salary range is $145,000 - 175,000.
