Description: This position will support the OFCC application development group in the modernization of CMW from Perl/MySQL to Java/React/MariaDB on an AWS platform. Day-to-Day responsibilities include but are not limited to: u2022 System Design & Architecture: In collaboration with the OFCC Development Lead develop overall software architecture, define components, select frameworks, and choose technologies. u2022 Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, provide direction, mentor junior developers, and oversee project execution. u2022 Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical strategy with business goals. u2022 Code Quality & Standards: Lead code reviews, enforce design patterns, and ensure adherence to best practices. u2022 Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolve complex technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system scalability and resilience. u2022 Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and design decisions.
