Paralegal

Description Our client, a successful mid-sized law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their firm. The paralegal will be instrumental in supporting the commercial real estate and transactions practice group in all stages of the process. Location: Boston, MA Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience) Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days remote) Responsibilities: + Support attorneys in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and refinancings. + Assist with preparation, review, and coordination of closing documents and checklists. + Support commercial loan transactions and track satisfaction of financing conditions. + Draft and coordinate conveyancing documents and post-closing filings. + Assist with commercial leasing matters, including leases, amendments, and assignments. + Order, review, and summarize title, survey, and zoning materials. + Identify and assist in resolving title, survey, and zoning issues. + Coordinate due diligence and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel. Requirements Requirements: + 3 or more years of experience as a paralegal/legal assistant working in the commercial real estate field. + A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is strongly preferred. + Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, leasing, conveyancing, zoning, title, and survey matters. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
