They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customeru2019s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Qualifications: + Communication skills u2013 communicates effectively with others. + Time management u2013 managing oneu2019s own time and time of others. + Typing u2013 ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. + Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
