Description A high level Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal is urgently needed for a high level Personal Injury Law Firm in the Uptown Dallas area. Here are some of the duties you get to do everyday: u2022 Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury matters, including pre-litigation, litigation, and trial u2022 Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision u2022 Conduct detailed client intake and maintain consistent client communication throughout the life of the case u2022 Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, and settlement demand packages u2022 Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records, medical bills, wage records, police reports, and expert materials u2022 Prepare and submit settlement demands and assist with negotiation support u2022 Track and manage all case deadlines, including statutes of limitation, discovery deadlines, and court-imposed timelines u2022 File documents with courts and administrative agencies (electronic and/or in person) u2022 Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, independent medical examinations, and client appointments u2022 Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel u2022 Assist with trial preparation, including trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and courtroom logistics u2022 Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality, ethical rules, and firm procedures You are important and impressive, the exact kind of person this law firm is looking for.
