Role Overview Sodexo Senior Living is hiring a Food Service General Manager 5 to lead dining operations at a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community in Milwaukee, WI. Youu2019ll lead daily dining operations, support a talented team, and ensure our residents enjoy an exceptional experience every day. What You Bring + 5+ years of food service management and culinary experience + Proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences + Strong financial acumen and knowledge of special diets (CDM/CFPP certification is a plus). + Demonstrated leadership and hospitality skills with the ability to work collaboratively. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit professional communication skills. + Passion for high-level customer service. + Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
