Job Summary The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analyst supports AIinitiatives from both a build and on-going support perspective, as wellas help shape and guide the corporate strategy for AI/Generative AIacross WEC Energy Group. This role focuses on designing, modifying,developing, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting AI agentsand other AI solution offerings. In addition, this role creates andmaintains standards, processes, training programs, and ensure AIalignment across the organization-all while upholding WEC's ethicalstandards. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI andgenerative AI applications, as well as go forward support. Troubleshootand resolve AI-related issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy ofAI-driven applications. Monitor AI workloads with observability toolsand AI Operations best practices. Create and manage AI standards,procedures, and training. Support company-wide alignment of AI efforts.Review AI solution architecture. Ensure AI solutions are secure andscalable within Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)environments. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and capabilities.Participate in corporate-level AI governance and strategy.
