Located inMilwaukee, WI, Greenfire Management Services, LLC (GMS), is one ofSoutheastern Wisconsin's fastest growing firms. Founded in 2010,Greenfire is a wholly-owned company of Potawatomi Ventures, theinvestment arm of the Forest County Potawatomi Community, and as such,maintains minority contractor status. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead full-cycleproject management from pre-construction through closeout, ensuringprofitability and customer satisfaction. Oversee project safetycompliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Develop andmaintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation in collaborationwith the Superintendent while upholding ethical standards. Ensurequality control by verifying adherence to plans/specs and proactivelyresolving issues. Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, permits,and cost accounting setup. Facilitate project meetings, stakeholdercommunication, and timely issue resolution. Support sales andestimating by identifying opportunities, engaging subcontractors, andparticipating in bids/RFPs. Mentor and develop junior team membersincluding Project Engineers and Assistant PMs. INTERDEPARTMENTALCOLLABORATION Collaborates with the estimating team during the biddingprocess by reviewing plans, identifying subcontractors, andparticipating in RFPs and interviews. Partners with the Superintendentto develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely execution.Coordinates with accounting and administrative teams to review andapprove invoices, manage cost accounting, and submit financial reports.Works with safety personnel to ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsand company safety policies through inspections and documentation.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in construction management,engineering, or related field, and 5 to 7 years of experience in aproject management role with a construction management firm/generalcontractor. QUALIFICATIONS Proven ability to manage constructionprojects ranging from $5 million to $20+ million. Skilled in readingconstruction drawings/specs, using project management software (e.g.,Procore, Viewpoint, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
