JOB REQUIREMENTS: Role Overview: The Lean Director, Americas supportsLean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem-solving,standard work, and continuous improvement. This role works closely withLean Leaders to build Lean capability. They are the engine of continuousimprovement, identifying inefficiencies, solving problems, andcontributing to the culture of Lean. Key Responsibilities: StrategicLeadership: Resource for the organization to lead Regional-basedproblem-solving engagements Policy Deployment: Cascade strategic goalsfrom the top of the organization down to individual contributors,ensuring everyone understands their role in achieving the company'svision. Governance: Oversee Lean Business system, Lean methodologies,tools and associated process improvement standard work. Establish Leangovernance structures, performance dashboards & sustainment mechanisms.C-Suite Collaboration: Work closely with the executive leadership team,facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drivestrategic initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaisonbetween the executive team, regional leadership and key stakeholders,ensuring transparent and effective communication. ContinuousImprovement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveragingLean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring theorganization's long-term sustainability and success. Mentorship &Training: Coach and develop Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, andother leaders within the organization, fostering a culture of growth anddevelopment. What You Will Do: Focus on regional initiatives, alignswith global lean program, and supports regional & global implementationsImplement process improvement methodologies and tools. Supportintegration and alignment vertically and horizontally across theorganization. Lead improvement projects aligned with business strategiesand priorities. Utilize Lean methodologies to drive process improvementsin key areas. Conduct and manage Lean training sessions for allpersonnel. Conduct root cause analysis to identify improvementopportunities, recommending appropriate technology and businesssolutions. Facilitate Obeya Room Set-ups, Value Stream Mapping (VSM),Kaizen workshops, Daily Work Installations, and driving action... Forfull info follow application link.
