FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details:Weekdays, M-F, Between hours of 730a-5p, depending on department needs.Holidays: None Weekends: None Job Summary: Come join our talented,collaborative outpatient orthopedic therapists. We serve a diversepatient population with diagnoses ranging from orthopedic trauma tochronic conditions. Patient / therapist scheduling is one on one. Theideal candidate is experienced in EPIC, brings additional experience inrelated subspecialties and demonstrates commitment to our organizationalmission and values. No weekends or holidays. The Physical Therapistprovides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient byassessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care andtreatment programs. The therapist participates in varied RehabilitationServices department activities designed to enhance patient care andprograms. A Physical Therapist II demonstrates advanced evaluation andtreatment skills and is involved in program development, staffeducation, student supervision. Also demonstrates emerging leadershipskills and mentors department staff. Other duties as assigned. (U)EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of clinical Therapistexperience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities asdetermined by interview and assessment. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited PhysicalTherapy program is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must beproficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity leveland have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. Mayrequire clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSUREDESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the HealthcareProvider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 monthsof hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP is preferred.
