About the role As a Senior Consulting Manager , you will make an impact by helping our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients solve complex business and technology challenges. You will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team and will work collaboratively with clients, business partners, and crossu2011functional Cognizant teams to deliver transformative solutions. In this role, you will: u00b7 Analyze P&C insurance client challenges and design datau2011driven, technologyu2011enabled solutions that support business transformation. u00b7 Participate in the requirements analysis process, documenting business needs and assessing impacts to complex systems and operations. u00b7 Leverage P&C domain expertise to support large-scale transformation programs, including multi-tower deals, partnering across consulting horizontals. u00b7 Support gou2011tou2011market initiatives by drawing insights from market trends, client issues, and competitive landscapes. u00b7 Communicate effectively with business partners through regular status reporting, issue resolution guidance, and recommendations. What you must have to be considered u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masteru2019s preferred). u00b7 8+ years of business experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain ; consulting experience preferred. u00b7 Strong ability to understand and translate business needs into requirements and assess impacts to processes and systems. u00b7 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). u00b7 Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed. u00b7 Ability to work within crossu2011cultural, multiu2011time zone teams. These will help you succeed u00b7 Creative problemu2011solving and analytical thinking skills. u00b7 Strong communication and stakeholderu2011management capabilities. u00b7 Experience supporting transformation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, or P&C platforms. u00b7 Familiarity with industry standards and trends in P&C carriers and digital insurance.
