Cabinet & Millwork CNC Operator

Closet Factory of Kentucky is seeking a skilled Cabinet &u00a0Millwork CNC Operator to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinet and millwork components, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. You will work closely with our production and design teams to deliver custom cabinetry solutions that meet our customers' specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for cabinet and millwork production Interpret and follow detailed production drawings and blueprints Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment Ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional standards Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements Previous experience operating CNC machinery in cabinet or millwork production preferred Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings Ability to perform measurements accurately and maintain quality control Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Previous experience with forklift operation - prior certification a plus Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to follow strict safety standards Benefits Competitive pay at $25.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly Opportunities for career growth and skill development Supportive and collaborative work environment Health and wellness benefits available About the Company Closet Factory of Kentucky is a leading provider of custom storage and organization solutions.
