Description: The Digital Adoption Engineer is a technicallyu2011savvy, lowu2011code specialist who designs, builds, tests, and releases highu2011impact WalkMe solutions that guide endu2011users through core business processes. Working inside the newlyu2011established Center of Excellence (COE), you will: Translate functional requirements into reusable WalkMe flows, SmartTips, Checklists, and other DAP components. Apply UI/UX, accessibility, and datau2011driven best practices to ensure intuitive, inclusive experiences. Own the endu2011tou2011end lifecycleu2014from design through release, monitoring, and continuous improvementu2014while collaborating with product owners, UX designers, changeu2011management leads, and IT partners. The role blends softwareu2011engineering discipline (API usage, custom widgets, version control) with digitalu2011adoption expertise to accelerate user productivity and measurable business outcomes. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Build WalkMe flows, SmartTips, Launchers, and interactive checklists that align with business u2022 Leverage variables, triggers, and WalkMe APIs for dynamic, contextu2011aware guidance. u2022 Create reusable pattern libraries and component standards. u2022 Write and execute unitu2011test scripts; coordinate UAT with business stakeholders. u2022 Document test cases and results in JIRA; maintain a knowledge base in Confluence. u2022 Package and version releases according to COE governance (CAB) procedures. u2022 Schedule pilot rollouts, coordinate with IT for SSO/credential provisioning, and monitor gou2011live health. u2022 Monitor production flows via WalkMe Insights (erroru2011rate, abandonment, completion time). u2022 Triage and resolve support tickets within SLA; log corrective actions in JIRA. u2022 Conduct periodic optimization sprints based on analytics and user feedback. u2022 Contribute to the COE u201cBuild Libraryu201d u2013 document patterns, bestu2011practice guides, and reusable assets. u2022 Participate in COE governance meetings, quarterly metrics reviews, and changeu2011advisory board sessions. u2022 Partner with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and changeu2011management leads throughout the delivery lifecycle. u2022 Provide informal walkthroughs and coaching to other builders or business users on WalkMe. u2022 Stay current on WalkMe product releases, emerging DAP capabilities, and industry trends. u2022 Pilot advanced features (AIu2011driven suggestions, multiu2011step smart tips) and recommend adoption where valueu2011adding. u2022 Develop custom widgets using HTML/CSS/JavaScript when native WalkMe features are insufficient. u2022 Integrate WalkMe with thirdu2011party systems via REST APIs or webhooks. Required Skills u2022 Web Development/Software Engineering experience. u2022 Strong understanding of SaaS integrations (REST, SSO, URL parameters). u2022 Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence for issue tracking and documentation. u2022 Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for optional custom widgets (preferred). u2022 Ability to interpret adoption metrics (completion rates, error rates, timeu2011tou2011task) and translate them into actionable improvement tickets. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication u2013 can explain technical concepts to nonu2011technical stakeholders. u2022 Detailu2011oriented with a bias for delivering quality on schedule. u2022 Collaborative mindset; comfortable working in crossu2011functional, fastu2011changing environments. Preferred Skills: u2022 Experience with any type of DAP (i.e. WalkMe, Apty, Userpilot, WhatFix, etc) u2022 Participation in Scrum ceremonies (standu2011ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). u2022 Ability to create dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker using WalkMe data sources. u2022 WalkMe Certified Digital Adoption Specialist (Level1 or higher) or comparable DAP certification. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $107,300 - $185,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
