You will work as part of a facilities management team at a client corporate campus managed by JLL.Location: Seattle, WA 98101Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMReporting To: Assistant Facility ManagerEstimated Compensation: $28.17 - $31.34 an hour, the range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A job offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market dataWhat this job involves:The Facilities Coordinator will assist the AFM with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The Facilities Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the team.What your day-to-day will look like:Client/Stakeholder ManagementProvide superior customer service to meet client expectationsOffer front desk coverage for reception breaks and mealtimeProcurement & Vendor ManagementManage contractors and vendors to ensure required performance standardsProcure vendors and services as requiredCoordinate with vendors to maintain stock of drinks, snacks, and paperwareFinance ManagementComplete financial management requirements in timely and accurate mannerManage purchase orders in CorrigoHealth & Safety ManagementConduct regular safety audits and assist in carrying out safety proceduresSite Operations ManagementImplement industry best practice operationsConduct site inspections to maintain building procedures and performance measuresReduce costs and improve operational standardsMaintain premises in neat and good working conditionMaintain duplicate office keysProvide FM support for meeting room bookings and room setupsManage work orders from creation to completionAdjust monitor arms and troubleshoot Zoom issuesRisk ManagementImplement and manage property risk management programsSupport disaster recovery and business continuity plansFollow escalation and incident reporting proceduresCompliance & PerformanceAdhere to JLL business conduct guidelines and proceduresAchieve KPI and SLA targetsRequired Qualifications:High school degree or GED equivalent2+ years' prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fieldSuperior customer service skills and orientationAbility to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situationsAbility to plan and manage work under time constraintsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports, and possess strong written, verbal and people skillsStrong organizational skills and collaborative stylePreferred Qualifications:Military service or higher education in a related field such as business, hospitality, facility/property management is desirable but not requiredProficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) suc
