Columbus, OH 43207 andmultiple worksites within Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox,Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union counties.Job Description: Landscape Laborer. 24 temporary/full-time positionswith Wilson Enterprises, Inc. dba Wilson's Turf dba Wilson LandscapeAssociates from 4/1/2026 - 11/24/2026. Landscape, maintain, or preparegrounds of different properties using hand or power tools or equipment.Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include anycombination of the following: mowing, trimming, planting, watering,digging, grading, raking, sprinkler installation, installation of sod, andinstallation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units for WilsonEnterprises Inc. Must lift/carry 75 lbs., when necessary. Saturday andSunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testingrequired of foreign and domestic workers post-accident and upon suspicionof use. Employer pays in advance or reimburses workers in the firstworkweek for all government-mandated and visa-related fees (excludingpassport fees). For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normalcommuting distance), employer reimburses inbound travel costs at the50% point in the contract (unless paid in advance). Inbound travelincludes transportation costs from worker's permanent residence or placeof recruitment, a daily meal subsistence (based on rates required by law,currently $16.28 per day minimum or $68.00 per day maximum forworkers with acceptable receipts), and reasonable lodging costs, ifapplicable. Travel reimbursements based on least-cost common carrierrate. Employer provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion ofthe contract period or early dismissal, except where the worker hassubsequent employment. Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to atleast three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the totalcontract period, beginning with the worker's first workday and ending onthe contract end date or any extension thereof. Employer may count allhours worked, as well as any hours offered within the standard workschedule that a worker chooses to not work, up to the maximum numberof daily hours on the job order. Workers who voluntarily abandonemployment are not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or thefull three-fourths period guarantee described above. Employer provideswithout charge all tools, supplies and equipment (incl. uniforms, ifapplicable) necessary to perform duties assigned. Wage rate is no lessthan $19.22 per Hour. Overtime hours vary at: $28.83 per Hour.
