Job title - Talend Developer Job Summary The Sr. Developer role involves designing developing and maintaining data integration solutions using PL/SQL TALEND ETL and other technologies. The candidate will work on data warehousing projects ensuring efficient data flow and integration. This position requires expertise in ETL processes and a strong understanding of payer domain concepts. HC Domain knowledge is required Responsibilities + Design and develop data integration solutions using PL/SQL and TALEND ETL to ensure seamless data flow. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data efficiently ensuring data integrity and quality. + Utilize SQL for querying and managing data within data warehousing environments. + Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and solutions. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes. + Optimize data integration workflows to improve performance and scalability. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data warehousing and integration. + Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members. + Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve codebase. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements. + Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and integration. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies. Qualification: + Possess strong expertise in PL/SQL TALEND ETL and SQL for data integration tasks. + Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. + Demonstrate experience in the payer domain understanding its specific requirements and challenges. + Exhibit proficiency in data integration and management ensuring data quality and integrity. + Show capability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently. + Display ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. Applications will be accepted until 2/23/26 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $68,000- $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
