We want you to apply Job Summary and Qualifications Ensures efficient and effective deployment of nursing initiatives and processes and acts as key interface for cross-functional initiatives and responsibilities (e.g., staffing and scheduling, recruiting, etc.) u200b Strategy: Develop a division framework and strategy to prioritize, delegate, and execute initiatives that align with the enterprise strategy for nursing operations. Monitor and evaluate reports consistently, highlighting areas of change / focus and suggesting action plans. u200bu200bInterpret business data for the purpose of identifying patterns, trends, and variances in company operationsu200b. Education & Experience: Bacheloru2019s Degree u2013 Required Masteru2019s Degree u2013 Required 5+ years of experience in hospital analytics u2013 Preferred 5+ years of experience in hospital operations - Required Capital Division (which encompasses 19 hospitals overall. Our hospitals include one Level I, three Level II, and four Level III trauma centers. The Capital Division office is located in downtown Richmond, VA.
