What We Offer Schedule: Variety of scheduling tracks available; full-time Sign on Bonus: $100,000; relocation bonus available Practice: At PMC, you will encounter a diverse case load in our inpatient operating rooms, including Neuro, Cardiovascular, Pediatrics, Vascular, and General Surgery, to name a few. We are a very dynamic and busy hospital. In addition to our 16 inpatient ORs, we also provide anesthesia services to 3 OB ORs, 4 Endoscopy suites, 2 Open Heart Rooms, and a wide variety of Out-of-OR Anesthesia including Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology and Cath Lab, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology, 12 more outpatient ORs specializing in peds endoscopy, dental, urology, and eye surgery as well as simple adult general outpatient procedures, eyes, and screening endoscopy. Location: Presbyterian Medical Center - Charlotte, NC; Presbyterian is our 661 bed level 2 trauma center centrally located just outside of uptown Charlotte. Charlotte is a growing city offering big city amenities including national sports teams, the US National Whitewater Center, an international airport, and thriving arts and culture scene. The Charlotte region offers options for urban, suburban, or rural living with a cost of living lower than the national average. We're just a short drive from both the beach and the mountains. As a CRNA at Novant Healthu2019s Presbyterian Medical Center youu2019ll be trusted to deliver expert, independent anesthesia care across a wide range of procedures and patient needs. From routine surgeries to complex cases, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most. This role is ideal for experienced CRNAs looking to work at the top of their profession within a high-performing, collaborative team. + A dynamic full-time opportunity with exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties + Work/life balance with u201cCall from Homeu201d model depending on schedule and site + Access to continuing education and leadership support + Inclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose What You'll Do + Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations + Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures + Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery + Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams + Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status + Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges + Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume What We're Looking For + Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia + Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) + RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state) + BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy) + Strong decision-making and clinical judgment + Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations + New grads welcome - orientation and preceptorship provided + Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment + Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age + Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians Job Opening ID 28515
