This programcontributes toward the achievement of the university's sustainabilitygoals, including net-zero carbon emissions by 2048 and zero waste by2030. Specific tasks include: Support project development,implementation, and reporting, and facilitating student learningthroughout the process. o Schedule and facilitate meetings betweenstudents and stakeholders to define a project scope, collect data toestimate project cost and impacts, and navigate campus approvalsprocesses. o Support students as they prepare Green Fund proposals aheadof application deadlines, particularly offering feedback on impactcalculations. o Serve as a point of contact for course collaborationsthat add value to Green Fund projects. o Support communications(newsletter articles, social media content, etc.) about projects. oDocument project milestones, including financial transactions. Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining participant contactlists and project tracking systems. Support event planning andfacilitation, including celebrations of completed projects andnetworking gatherings. Support program evaluation, includingdesigning and administering surveys and summarizing the resulting data. Support the Green Fund grant evaluation process. Participate inOffice of Sustainability staff meetings. Participate in professionaldevelopment. The Office of Sustainability offers flexible workarrangements with a minimum of 1 day/week in office (80% remote). Mustbe able to work in-person in the office on Mondays with the rest of theteam, and available to be in-office or meeting with stakeholders inperson as needed. Final arrangement...
