Located in Milwaukee, WI, Greenfire ManagementServices, LLC (GMS), is one of Southeastern Wisconsin's fastest growingfirms. Founded in 2010, Greenfire is a wholly-owned company ofPotawatomi Ventures, the investment arm of the Forest County PotawatomiCommunity, and as such, maintains minority contractor status.RESPONSIBILITIES Lead preconstruction efforts from project pursuitthrough transition to construction. Maintain and develop client andsubcontractor relationships through delivery of preconstructionservices. Assemble site logistics plans, project schedules, and generalconditions estimates. Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids, ensuringcompetitive and comprehensive pricing. Perform detailed quantitytake-offs and develop accurate cost estimates across all buildingsystems. Manage MEPFP coordination and ensure quality control throughoutpreconstruction phases. Maintain historical cost and schedule databasesto inform future estimates and decisions. INTERDEPARTMENTALCOLLABORATION Coordinate closely with project management teams to ensuresmooth project handoffs. Organize and lead project kick-off meetings,including agendas and minutes. Participate in client-facingpreconstruction meetings to guide successful project delivery. Mentorand train preconstruction team members, fostering continuousimprovement. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in a related field and aminimum of five years of experience working for a construction manageror general contractor in a project management and/or estimating role; ora high school GED equivalent and a minimum of ten years of experienceworking for a construction manager or general contractor in a projectmanagement and/or estimating role. QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge ofconstruction systems, project management, scheduling, and costestimating. Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore,Bluebeam, OST, BIM, Pantera, Destini Estimator) and Microsoft OfficeSuite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solvingskills. Valid Wisconsin driver's license; ability to travel to projectsites as needed.
