Responsibilities: + Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers. + Apply paint, stain, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of multi-family properties. + Ensure quality control by inspecting all work for consistency and accuracy. + Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean workspace. + Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and techniques.
