Nurse Practitioner Role Scope u00a7 Provides direct patient care in office consultations, including assessment, workups, triage, emergency work-ins, and other patient care activities u00a7 Obtains and documents health history, performs and documents physical exam, and orders and interprets diagnostic tests u00a7 Provides counseling to patients regarding diagnosis and expected course of treatment u00a7 Collaborates with physicians to provide appropriate direct care interventions within scope of practice Travel-One to two locations (Currently have three sites Hartford, Avon, Manchester) Full Time Shift- Four 10-hour shifts, weekdays, no holidays.
