Territory Manager Menards

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description As a Territory Manager, you will developsales results within a defined territory of Menards stores. You willbuild relationships with DIY'ers, key store personnel, and other endusers of the Pittsburgh Paints Company to drive top line sales growth.You will work onsite in the Green Bay, WI territory and report to theRegional Manager. Key Responsibilities: Analyze territory salesperformance reports and develop strategic territory business plans todrive growth. Provide excellent customer service to customers and workwith them in a timely manner to achieve high levels of efficiency withintheir business. Increase existing customer share to meet salesexpectations and build strong working relationships with new customersto increase the potential business opportunities. Workcross-functionally with all departments to exceed sales goals whilesupervising on market and competitive activities. Qualifications: HighSchool graduate with 3+ years of sales experience; Higher-leveleducation degree in a business-related field preferred. Storeoperations, inventory management and merchandising experience highlysought after. Ability to work a 45-hour work week M-F and lift up to 65pounds on a periodic basis. Up to 30% travel in territory and someoutside travel required throughout the year assisting in otherterritories. The base salary range for this position is $40,000 to$50,000 with five hours of overtime weekly and annual bonus.
