You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claimu2019s lifecycle. What you'll do... + Lead workersu2019 compensation quality and compliance strategy across intake, investigation, medical management, RTW, and jurisdictional requirements. + Ensure consistent application of California Workersu2019 Compensation regulations , identifying risks, trends, and compliance gaps. + Establish audit frameworks, QA standards, and performance metrics to improve claim quality and outcomes. + Partner with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Technology to drive process improvements and corrective actions.
