Job Description Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance This position is responsible for performing Planning & Scheduling activities for a Large EPC project. This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and coaching in a team of Planning & Scheduling specialists. Acting as a key resource on a project team, the role will require collaboration at all levels, including: client representatives, Fluor management and functional leads. u2022 Updating of the project schedule periodically in line with the approved Project Controls Reporting Plan u2022 valuation of impacts from deviations identified according to the project change management process u2022 Maintenance of the schedule for all approved changes after baseline in line with the project change management project. u2022 Coordination with discipline leads for maintaining the integration between the project schedule and control level schedules. u2022Performance of analyses for monitoring adherence to the schedule, including flagging and communication of deviations to the baseline. u2022 Preparation of schedule what-if scenarios as required to support the implementation of proposed mitigations and accelerations u2022 Preparation of schedule deliverables in support of internal and external project reporting needs u2022 Initiation of a schedule re-baseline process if actioned after any of the forecasted triggering events has been triggered. u2022 Participate in Schedule Risk Analysis effort throughout project u2022 Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fifteen (15) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nineteen (19) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders u2022 Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job u2022 Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines u2022 Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner u2022 Other duties as assigned #Intel Basic Job Requirements u2022 Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors u2022 Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job u2022 Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines u2022 Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements u2022 Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance u2022 U.S. Citizen u2022 Participate in the development and implementation of training courses and mentoring of Project Controls personnel u2022 Support and actively participate in Fluor Project Controls Global Initiatives Preferred Qualifications u2022 5+ Years Pharmaceutical EPC Experience u2022 Experience as a Planner & Scheduler for a large-sized project u2022 Ability to travel domestically or internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matters We are an equal opportunity employer. Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidateu2019s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
