The Clinicianis accountable to the Clinical Supervisor. The Clinician providesservices on-site, children, experiencing mental health challenges.Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and familytherapy to the youth in the program. Provide trauma-informed clinicalcase management to youth by coordinating team meetings, creatingtreatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services tobest help the youth and family when applicable Completing ComprehensiveClinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process,develop treatment and safety plans for assigned clients Work closely andcommunicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory servicedelivery including meeting attendance and regular communication Providetraining to Residential Counselors and Case Managers on clinical issuespertaining to their work with clients Maintain client records anddocumentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements.Participate as a member of an Interdisciplinary team within a clinicallyoriented trauma-informed treatment milieu Take on administrative tasksas delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Director Averagecaseload of 6-8 provides an opportunity to formulate treatment andcollaborate with your team regularly.
