As we continue to experience rapid growthin our Electronic Security division, we are seeking an Account Executiveto drive new business development in our Core Commerical division. Thisrole focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and presentingour commercial electronic security products and services to prospectiveclients. Job Responsibilities: Manage a defined territory using CRMtools, skilled in cold calling, networking, lead generation, andnegotiation. Demonstrate ability to develop and implement comprehensiveservice/account outsourcing strategies Identify and pursue new businessopportunities within the core commercial market segment. Prepare andpresent tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs andindustry trends. Collaborate with internal specialists to design anddeliver custom solutions for complex client needs. Participate innetworking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build brandpresence and identify prospects. Conduct a minimum of 10 in-personclient meetings per week within the assigned territory to fosterrelationships, drive engagement and new business. Drive revenue growthby applying solution-based selling strategies to expand existingaccounts and secure new logo clients. Minimum Requirements: High Schooldiploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred At least 2 yearsof experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. Minimum 2 yearsof experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparableaccounts and/or markets Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRMplatforms to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhanceclient interactions.
