You'll work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs, learn professional floor care techniques, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality.This Might Be for You If You:- Show up on time and take pride in your work- Like physical, hands-on jobs- Are dependable and willing to learn- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record- Can lift and move equipment safelyWhat You'll Be Doing:- Cleaning and restoring commercial carpet, hard floors, and upholstery- Using professional-grade cleaning equipment and tools- Helping your crew complete jobs efficiently and correctly- Learning specialized skills through paid trainingCommercial Flooring Crew ChiefPay:$26-$35/hourThis role is for someone who's ready to lead - or ready to grow into it.
