Job Description Position Title: Cost System Senior Analyst Pay Rate: $95,000 - $125,000 (PL 11-13) _Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._ Physical Location: 6400 Poplar Avenue Memphis, TN The Job You Will Perform: Cost Systems Senior Analyst is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the RTA Converting cost update team. Assures timely and accurate PSNA cost system updates in order for Converting Local and National Account sales organizations are effectively and accurately pricing business and that the values of inventories are stated correctly on the PSNA Converting location balance sheet. This position is part of the RTA Converting Business Processes organization and will have the following key responsibilities: + Directs the cost update team members on cost estimating/order management system updates, overseeing and maintaining effective fiscal procedures and controls, analyzing performance/outcomes and performing required communications to PSNA business leaders. + Participates in preparation and analysis of operating results and operating trends as a result of facility cost system updates. + Provides management with key performance measures and financial analysis. Drives improvement opportunities throughout the organization. + Ensures that an adequate system of internal controls exists for the activities within the scope of the position. + Collaborate with IT & Finance teams to identify and implement process improvement projects as well as play a major role in facility system conversions. + Responsible for managing and communicating costing system changes with PSNA Facility Finance and Operations. + Travel requirement up to 25% to meet business support needs in the creation of PSNA facility cost models for system conversions and/or as requested for annual facility cost system updates. The Skills You Will Bring: + BS or MS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required with 6-8 years of experience + Ability to manage projects and lead teams as assigned. + Facility or business experience a plus. + Experience with Witron and KIWI preferred. + Proficient in SAP. + Excel and AO skills required. + Good oral and written communication skills.
