Director of Coaches

Duties:- Develop and lead training sessions to improve players' technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental focus, using current/professional soccer coaching methods.- Supervise and collaborate with coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, and staff to identify and support talented players. Provide guidance, feedback, oversight, and develop individualized and team training plans.- Develop match strategies, study opposing teams, prepare players mentally and physically for games. Manage pre-match preparation, in-game adjustments, and post-match performance review.- Lead and participate in community outreach programs, youth clinics, workshops, and local soccer initiatives.- Communicate effectively with players and staff to address team-related issues and maintain a strong, collaborative environment.Requirements:Master's degree in Sports Management, Sports Education, or related field and 36 months of experience as a Soccer Coach, Coaching Director, or in a closely related role involving soccer team management and player development.Worksite: Bellevue, WA.How to Apply: Send ru00e9sumu00e9 to 13407 NE 20th St, suite 2, Bellevue WA 98005
