This role provides architectural leadership, technical direction, and hands-on development across core banking systems, integrations, digital banking platforms, and enterprise applications. The Principal Software Engineer also mentors engineering staff, ensures adherence to secure coding standards, and acts as a key contributor in technology governance and long-term IT strategy. The full job description is available, here: Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; a minimum of ten years of progressive software development experience; extensive experience with API design, microservices, and integration frameworks; hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS,or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); and experience integrating core banking / financial services systems.
