OurFacility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boardsfor Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.Job Summary Determine cost of operations by establishing and documentingestimate of completion costs; collect operational data. Work with thematerial and operation functions to audit processes surroundinginventory (costing, equivalent units, transaction trials, cycle counts,customer furnished material and obsolete/excess material). Providetraining and guidance to the production floor on inventory relatedactivities. Provide regular margin analysis reports for actual versusbid to the facility staff. Guide cost analysis process by establishingand enforcing policies and procedures; provide trends and forecasts;explain processes and techniques; recommend actions. Recommend actionsby analyzing and interpreting data and make comparative analyses; studyproposed changes in methods and materials. Confirm costs by collecting,interpreting, and reporting data.
