We are seeking passionate and skilled BCBA's to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.Position Overview:Achieve Better ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children across various age ranges, with a particular focus on older children and adolescents who present with complex developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. This role is ideal for a clinician who is experienced in trauma-informed care and comfortable working with clients who have multiple co-occurring diagnoses, and who can provide hybrid supervision (both in-person and remote) tailored to clinical and client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hybrid supervision(a combination of in-person and remote, based on clinical and client needs)Supervise and mentor RBTs with an emphasis on ethical, compassionate, and effective careCollaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential or group home staffModify programming to account for environmental triggers, trauma history, and setting demandsRequired QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationNorth Carolina State BCBA LicenseMust live in Charlotte, NC, have the ability to relocate or travelExperience and expertise in trauma-informed ABA practicesStrong knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventionsStrong communication, documentation, and collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience working with Older children and adolescentsExperience in school-based or residential/group home settingsFamiliarity with electronic data collection systems or behavior management software.Salary:Hourly rate: $75-$100 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.What We Offer:Competitive salary with opportunities for prehensive training and professional development.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance.AchieveBetter ABAis an equal opportunity employer.
