Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year, rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company.This 2-year rotational program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
