Out in the field, you’ll uncover opportunities, support clients, and fuel long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Support Establish, build, and maintain customer relationshipsProfessional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale.Establishes and maintains relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners. Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners.Develops and delivers sales presentations for new and existing customers in coordination with internal or vendor sale representatives.Trainings Attend and participate in required company training session and essential vendor trainings.Miscellaneous Support Our Foundation in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customersOther duties as assignedQualificationsEffective and skillful communication skills, negotiation, and computer skills along with the drive and passion to succeedGreat interpersonal skills and social competencyProfessional demeanor, organized and reliableEffective and skillful communication skillsAmbition, a strong work ethic, and a student mentalityResult driven attitudePreferred a Bachelor’s degree in related fieldAt least two years of previous experience in Sales in building materials industry preferredBuilding Materials (Fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, and accessories) background helpfulKnowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office ProductsReports ToSales ManagerBenefitsAt FBM, we’re committed to supporting our employees both personally and professionally.
