Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is hiring for a Facilities Manager Assistant for the Central/North Florida region. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team FULL TIME! The Facilities Manager Assistant will assist with operations for Red Coats within their assigned Region. The Facilities Manager Assistant will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for operations, employee and customer relations.BenefitsHealth insurance - Depending upon your job classification youmaybe eligible for participation in our Health Insurance Program.Paid time off - Paid holidays and 1-week paid vacation (after 1 year of employment).Recognition program - To celebrate and inspire actions and contributions through our Super Performer Recognition Program and Seniority Recognition Program.If you are interested, please apply via our website, follow link on this page.E/O/E/M/F/V/D* Specific program and eligibility rules apply.OperationsConduct physical inspections on an ongoing basis for all accounts in their region ensuring each account is visited as needed and report as neededMaintain standards of appearance and performance of cleaning staff assigned to all client locations Be aware of contract deliverables and work with supervisors to ensure compliance Provide direct supervision to cold start accounts devoid of on-site supervisionEstablish productive and consistent customer contacts and maintain records of contacts with customers, return all customer calls ASAP Rapidly respond to and assist in addressing customer issues, ensure to document these issues and resolutions and review with the supervisor where applicableAssist and support regional managers/account managers/site supervisors as neededEnsure a safe working environment at each site and officePerform carpet cleaning, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing had surface floors as neededTrain Floor Tech workers to operate and clean the equipment and attachment tools and ensure maintenance is performed as necessaryOperate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipmentFollow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facilityPrepare activity and personnel reportsInspect & examine the equipment & attachment tools to ensure qualityEnsure site contractual obligations, company policies and procedures are followed Perform additional duties as requiredFinancial ManagementAssist in control of labor, overtime, non-billed labor, vacation/time off, uniform, supply & equipment expenseBe proficient with timekeeping software in the management of job modifications and have a working knowledge of the job starts processMUST be Bilingual (Spanish & English)Must be able to pass background checkMust have and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record1 year of commercial floor care experienceMust be able to operate high and low speed buffer, and burnishing equipment. Ability to train othersCustomer service experienceAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and detailsHigh quality standards and strong leadership skillsPeople skills, strong communication skills, ability to take directionAbility to function in fast-paced environment with ability to multi task
