Guest Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in. This position will alsowill provide turndown services of guest rooms, occasional full servicing of guest rooms and complete any additional duties as assigned by the PM Supervisor/Managerin accordance with Omni standards.Perform all the functions of a Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed and warmly greet all of our guests.Offer assistance and information to our guests.Clean guest rooms according to Omni’s standards for Room Attendants.Provide water and ice to guests.Offer guests towels, pillows and other services/amenities.Change linens, turn-down bed.Complete other duties as assigned by management.Prior housekeeping experience required or other relevant environmental services experienceGood customer service and verbal communication skills (must be able to answer basic questions about services and amenities, give directions to guests)Maintain professional, friendly demeanorPossess a high standard of cleanliness and organizationMust be able to work flexible shifts which includes evenings, weekends, and holidaysStand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting. Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
