Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.Overview:The Marketing Operations Specialist will provide support to all marketing operations functional groups including technology management, reporting and analytics, training and education, process management and data quality.Oversee the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completionDevelop and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROIMonitor campaign performance metrics and analytics to ensure alignment with expectationsCreate and manage workflows, segmentation lists and automation rules to streamline marketing processes and enhance operational efficiencyImplement and maintain marketing automation processes, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead processing workflowsMaintain a strong understanding of the Marketing Operations ecosystem and its associated tech stack, data integrations and process flowsGenerate weekly marketing key performance indicators (KPI) reports across all functional teamsCommunicate marketing operations updates and opportunities to management and stakeholdersDocument processes and communicate improvements to enhance marketing productivity and efficiencyDefine business requirements for marketing operations projects, initiatives, and technical implementationsProfessional Experience2-4 years of professional experience in marketing and/or sales operations preferredTechnical CompetenciesMinimum 2 years hands-on experience with Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform) and Salesforce.com Working knowledge of HTML and basic web technologiesDemonstrated proficiency with marketing technology systems and integration platformsCore CompetenciesAdvanced knowledge of campaign lifecycle management and audience segmentation strategiesStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvementsProven Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales development and sales teamsExcellent Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, solve complex problems, and translate abstract business challenges into actionable solutionsExceptional attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to personal accountabilityTime management and organizational capabilitiesProven ability to work effectively in team environments while demonstrating self-motivation and commitment to professional developmentEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldOur compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 per year to $95,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
