CNO Cyber Test Engineer

Markon's Partner company is seeking a CNO focused Cyber Test Engineer to make a direct positive impact on our Virginia Customer’s needs and mission out of the Dulles Corridor area.Verify the consistency and quality of our products and be actively involved throughout the entire development process.Engage with internal and customer stakeholders to derive system requirements and react to mission needs.Develop a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and frameworks used by the customer, and how to effectively integrate them with various technologies to build a real-world test environment and create a test plan.Utilize your technical skills to build and maintain custom test frameworks and generate thorough documentation.Required QualificationsTS/SCI Clearance is requiredTechnical leadership experience in leading small teams5 years test engineering or related experience3 year of experience developing in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language3 year of experience working on Linux/Unix systemsBasic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Routing, VPN)Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interface with customers, end-users, technical leads, and program managementDesired QualificationsTS/SCI with a FSP is highly preferredExperience building test automation frameworksExperience designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, reports, and other technical documentationFamiliarity with Agile mindset and methodologiesAbility to think abstractly and drive toward defined requirements and testing strategiesExperience using virtualization technologies such as DockerUSD $190,000.00 - USD $220,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
